NAP SHOULD B YOUR FIRST PRIORITY!!!

I’ve personally experienced my bp taking over me completely due to lack of sleep….even today when it’s 3 long years after I decided to quit medicines.I have understood n want u to understand that no matter wether it’s an am or a pm,if u desire to sleep nothing else should seem important.A good healthy nap acts as a catalyst to your irritating moods.A particular scenario which u experience In your daily routine becomes like a volcano erupting due to lack of sleep.To prevent the temporary outburst keep a close watch at your sleep patterns.Why unnecessarily feel guilty,after ruining some loved ones feelings? What’s d harm in believing “PRECAUTION IS BETTER THAN CURE”.After all it’s our mind,it should know it’s boundaries.
